Section 1 General Terms
This document forms a legal agreement between the 9c999 platform and its users. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to all the terms set out below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
9c999 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
These terms and conditions are written in English and apply to Bangladeshi users. In matters of interpretation, the English version will be considered authoritative.
Section 2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To participate on the 9c999 platform, the following eligibility conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years old — for those aged 21 and above only.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- You must have a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) in your own name.
- You are of sound mind and are using this platform of your own free will.
Section 3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
3.2 Password & Security
The responsibility for maintaining account security rests entirely with the user. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 9c999 support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification
9c999 reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. A national identity card or other official documents may be requested if needed. 9c999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required information is not provided in time.
Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The accepted methods for depositing funds into 9c999 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
Deposits must always be made from an account in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited, and such transactions may be returned.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals will always be sent via the same method and to the same account from which the deposit was made.
Withdrawals from any bonus winnings will not be processed until the wagering requirements have been met.
Section 5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or a deposit of ৳8,000 will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer applies only once per user, household, address, IP address, and device.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.
- 9c999 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
Section 6 Fair Play & Security
9c999 is a safe and reliable platform. Fair play is ensured across all games, and all transactions on the platform are protected by SSL encryption.
9c999 works with internationally recognised game software providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. The games from these providers are independently tested.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Participating in games through fraudulent or illegal means.
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
- Gaining an unfair advantage through software or any form of technical manipulation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Defrauding, threatening, or harassing other users.
- Using 9c999's intellectual property (logo, name, content) without permission.
- Managing an account on behalf of a third party or accessing another person's account.
Section 8 Account Suspension & Closure
9c999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Failure or refusal to complete account identity verification.
- Suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
In the event of account closure, the processing of any balance is at 9c999's discretion — the balance of accounts linked to prohibited activities may be forfeited.
Section 9 Responsible Gaming
9c999 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income.

Section 12 Limitation of Liability
