The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming
Set Your Budget Beforehand
Decide how much you will spend before you start gaming. Think of this amount as the cost of entertainment — it is not "lost money", it is the price of enjoyment.
Set a Time Limit
Keep a maximum time limit for each gaming session. Playing for a long time without a break affects your ability to make good decisions. Take regular breaks.
Consider Your State of Mind
Do not game when you are stressed, anxious, or feeling low. Negative emotions increase the tendency to take bigger risks.
Accept Your Losses
Resist the urge to place more bets to recover lost money. This is "chasing losses" — a dangerous habit.
Be Open with Your Loved Ones
Be transparent with your family about gaming. If someone expresses concern, listen to them carefully.
Keep Gaming as Entertainment
Thinking of gaming as a source of income or a way out of financial difficulty leads to trouble. It is for enjoyment only.
Transaction Limits and Methods
9c999 has set a minimum deposit amount to support responsible financial management. These limits protect players from overspending.
Minimum Deposit
Minimum Withdrawal
Withdrawal Time
9c999 uses bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for payments — these familiar mobile banking services are highly trusted by people in Bangladesh. Every transaction is secured with SSL encryption.
As part of responsible gaming, we recommend deciding in advance the maximum amount you will deposit each day or week. The support team can help you set these limits.
